Want a brief glimpse into what to expect during this online yoga for runners class?

This short and sweet 22-minute flow will target all the major muscles that you use to run with a special focus on your lower body, including your calves, hamstrings, and hips.

You’ll start in a soothing position lying on your back and jump straight into some gentle glute and hip stretches. You’ll move on to softly coax your hamstrings open and then slowly release and massage your lower back.

Next, you’ll gently open your inner thighs before giving your hamstrings some more tender, loving care.

And don’t worry, you won’t miss out on releasing your quads! With some basic lunges, you’ll target your hip flexors and quadriceps before moving on to a few basic balance postures that will further release your hips, hamstrings, and calves while simultaneously building strength and stability in your lower body.

You’ll finish up with some more gentle glute and hip stretches before surrendering into a relaxing Savasana.
